To communicate with NDC customers can choose either of the three: Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) system, SWIFT or mail.

Instructions by telephone or by facsimile transmission are not accepted because of the risk of error, lack of security and inability to authenticate. In connection with each method of communication, formats for instructions have been established.

In order to make the transition as smooth as possible for you, NDC provides a fully integrated ISO 15022 environment, along with comprehensive technical support.
