Upon becoming a Participant in the NDC, a Participant provides a list of authorized signatories, facsimile signatures and signing powers. When an instruction is received by mail, the signatures are compared with the latest such list in the possession of NDC. Only instructions under signature appearing to be in accordance with such list are processed. Participants are notified if signatures do not match.

Each Participant shall be responsible for notifying NDC in writing, with appropriate supporting documents, of any change in authorized signatures, facsimile signatures or signing powers of its representatives.
